The VIP subscription for Vulkan allows you to get import vehicles from the Vespucci Dealership and faster queuing. These subscriptions will give you tokens, which can be seen in your hud, that can be used for vehicles, and more to come. The tokens can NOT be exchanged for in-game cash, but in-game cash can be exchanged for tokens.
